wtf ...i m still not feelin better ...the sickness come n go ..n fucking comin back ....jus got nose bleed yday after so many years...n muh lips feel so incredibly umcomfy like theres weather changes...Ns is jus days a way n NO i m not fit n healthy ...i duwan to found dead in Ns toilet... bullshit..i so wanna be recovering nw!!!NOW..

a handfull of jalapeno and cili padi to make things Hot
a small cup of coffee to bitter things up
slow cook at about 65 degree
