at times when i think about things that is going on in my life
i felt the tense in my body and mind

the voice within me feel like bursting out and scream for some air
my limbs starts to beg for me to slow it down
my mind is crying for some rest

i felt like i need some space
need some time for myself
need some time to settle down and calm things down
need some time to work things out ..

ah....don't mind me ...
